On the afternoon of March 7, 2018, Dr. Victor Trapp, Marketing Director of the Silicate Institute of the Fraunhofer Institute in Germany, led a team to the Institute of Nanotechnology for scientific and technological cooperation and exchanges. Staff from Jiangsu Institute of Industry and Research and Jiangsu Nanotechnology Industry Innovation Center Accompanying them, Director Luo Yaozhen and Dr. Zhiwei Zhang of the Technology Transfer Center of the Institute of Nanotechnology presided over the exchange meeting.
After the meeting, Prof. Zhang invited the German representatives to visit the Advanced Materials Department, gave a brief introduction to the materials department, and listened to Dr. Victor Trapp's introduction on the German institutions and the experience of pilot and large-scale production of new materials. The two parties exchanged the problems that may be encountered in the process of new materials from R&D to product formation, and exchanged views on possible cooperation modes in the future.
